  This web-site is a combined effort of our family and our
 support system. We know Scott is innocent and that he has been unjustly convicted. Our pursuit of justice for Laci, Conner and Scott remains steadfast. We want to keep you informed as to the specifics of the case, the appeal, and related topics. We also want you to know how grateful we are for your prayers and support.

The day has finally come. Scott’s Appellate Brief has been filed with the Supreme Court. This document addresses the legal errors that occurred during the court proceedings against Scott. It is a big part of getting Scott’s conviction overturned.

The next step in the appeal process is for the State Attorney General’s office to respond to the brief. Eventually, oral arguments will be heard before the Supreme Court of California. The Court will then rule on the brief.

While this document only addresses legal error, our family is confident that its content will confirm not only on Scott’s wrongful conviction, but shed light on his factual innocence.
